No. You are welcome to talk to us before you buy land, and it is often the best time, because the land you choose affects the home you can build on it
Cost depends on the design you choose, your lot and the finishes you want. Once we know those three things we can talk about real numbers rather than guesses
It depends on the design, the site and local permitting. We give you a realistic schedule for your project before work begins, and we keep you updated as it moves
